- يمنع التدخين في الشقة او استخدام ادوات تبث روائح غير مرغوبة.

- للعوائل فقط.

- الحجز مع اثبات الهوية.

- غير مسموح بالحيوانات الأليفة.

- المحافظة على اثاث ونظافة الشقة ولا يتوفر عامل نظافة.

- اغلاق الاجهزة الكهربائية عند عدم الحاجة لها واغلاق جميع المفاتيح الكهربائية عند الخروج من الشقة.

ملاحظة:

-الإنترنت غير متوفر في الشقة، وتتواجد شبكة الفايبر لعمانتل واوصر واريدو .

- الماء والكهرباء بنظام مسبق الدفع
-الإيجار شهري (يحتاج دفع مبلغ ضمان مسترد)

**Rules for rent:**

- I will take a copy of identity card

- Only for family.

- Smoking not allowed inside the flat or using something causing bad smells.

- No pets allowed

- Keep care of furniture and cleanest of the flat, and No cleaner.

- Turn off alliances when not in use and turn off all electricity switchs before leaving .

- Booking will be confirmed after (full or partial) payment.

- Check in: 3:00 pm to 09:59 pm (flexible if no booking at previous night or self-check in).

- Check out: before 11:30 Am (flexible if no booking at next night).

- Inform me before booking confirmation.
