All air conditioners are installed and either brand-new or recently fully serviced. The description and rent is for semi-furnished apartment. Images with furniture are only to show how the apartment might look fully-furnished. However, fully furnished possible. The images show current paint. Paint as you want and leave the apartment as you found, fully white or we can find another agreeable solution.

Neighbourhood:

You will be living in a multicultural area walled area with Omani, Dutch, English Pakistani, Lithuanian Neighbours all very respectful. Trees provide shade on the internal street that is safe and kids often play there on weekends. No swimming pool on this property.
